Where can I view Lifetree Player videos online?
Do I need to create an account to watch videos?
No. Videos in the Free Videos and More category are available to anyone and can be viewed without creating an account. Just click the Catalog button on the website or app and choose any video in the Free Videos and More section.
You must create an account to purchase a subscription or activate a bundle through an access code provided by your church. Your account will allow you to create custom playlists in the mobile app. You can log in to your account on the Lifetree Player website or mobile app using your account email and password.

-ALL changes to an In-App Subscription must be made by the owner of the app.
-Users can manage In-App Subscriptions in device/account settings including:
View Subscription: Receipt for payment, date trial ends, next payment date
Cancel Subscription: You must cancel where subscription was purchased
Restore Purchase: User has active In-App Subscription but can't access content
Request a Refund: User wants a refund for In-App Subscription
